FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about working with Elevation Suite Marketing.

About Our Approach

What makes Elevation Suite different from other marketing agencies?

We’re revenue-focused, not metric-focused. Most agencies optimize for impressions, clicks, and reach — metrics that look good in a report but don’t always translate to revenue. We tie every channel and every campaign back to pipeline, CAC, and LTV. We also work with a smaller client roster so every business gets senior strategist attention, not junior account management.

What industries do you work with?

Our strongest verticals are B2B professional services, SaaS, e-commerce, health and wellness, and growth-stage consulting businesses. We’ve also run successful campaigns for financial services, real estate, and education companies. If you’re generating revenue and need to grow faster, we’re likely a fit.

How long before we see results?

It depends on the channel. Paid advertising typically shows measurable results within 30–60 days as campaigns ramp up and data accumulates. SEO and content typically takes 90–180 days to show meaningful traction. Email marketing often produces the fastest results — sometimes within the first 2 weeks. We set realistic timelines at the start of every engagement.

Pricing & Contracts

Do you offer month-to-month contracts?

Yes. Our standard plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. We also offer discounted 6-month and annual commitments for clients who prefer locked-in rates. We’re confident enough in our results that we don’t need to lock clients in to keep them.

What’s the minimum budget required?

For retainer clients, our plans start at $2,500/month for agency fees. Ad spend is separate and depends on your budget and goals — we typically recommend a minimum of $3,000/month in media spend for Google or Meta campaigns to generate enough data for meaningful optimization.

Do you manage ad spend, or do we pay the platforms directly?

You pay the ad platforms directly. We charge a management fee for strategy, execution, and optimization — which keeps billing transparent and eliminates any conflict of interest around spending your budget.

Getting Started

What’s the onboarding process like?

We start with a free funnel audit to understand your current marketing state. If we move forward, onboarding takes about 2 weeks and covers: audience and ICP documentation, channel setup and access, creative and copy briefing, and a strategy kickoff call. Most clients are live within 3 weeks of signing.

Do you offer one-time project work?

Yes — for landing page builds, email sequence builds, and ad campaign launches. See our Pricing page for project pricing. Retainer clients get priority scheduling and discounted project rates for additional work outside the retainer scope.
