Our retainer engagements fit best with businesses doing $500K–$10M in annual revenue with at least one in-house marketing or operations lead. Smaller businesses are best served by our $1,497 audit or the free scorecard.
How is this different from other marketing agencies?
We’re revenue-focused, not metric-focused. Most agencies optimize for impressions, clicks, and reach — metrics that look good in a report but don’t always translate to revenue. We tie every channel and every dollar to pipeline, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
What’s the typical engagement length?
Audits are one-time. Sprints are 90 days. Retainers have a 6-month minimum because that’s how long it realistically takes to compound paid, SEO, and email gains together. Most clients renew at month six.
Do you require ad spend minimums?
For paid-heavy retainers we recommend at least $5K/month in combined paid spend so we have enough signal to optimize. Below that we usually steer clients toward SEO + email + organic social.
How quickly will I see results?
Paid channels can show signal in 14–30 days. Email and CRO improvements often show within the first sprint. SEO and content typically take 90–180 days to compound. Our 90-day average to “first results” reflects pipeline, not just leading indicators.
