Digital templates

Because our marketing templates are delivered instantly and are accessible immediately after purchase, all individual template and bundle sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Full Vault and Agency License

Full Vault and Agency License purchases grant immediate access to the entire template library and are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund if you were charged in error, charged twice for the same order, or if a file is fundamentally unusable and we’re unable to provide a working replacement within 5 business days.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email support@elevationsuitemarketing.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.
